As part of our Creative Hub Award 2025 in the By Annie's Local Quilt Shop Contest, Annie will be joining us for a virtual meeting to chat about her products and patterns, with a Q&A from East Coast Quilt co.

The Sidney pattern, by PetrasFiberRoom, is a versatile 4 shaft scarf design in two colors: plain weave surrounds an open and airy huck lace center. Woven in bamboo, this scarf is lacy, dreamy, and soft on the skin. Due to the Bamboo warp and weft, these scarves have terrific drape. Move over, Newfoundland Rogues, East Coast Quilt co's stitch group, The Stitchin Chickens, is the new hottest team in town, giving a whole new meaning to "hooping"! Foundation Paper Piecing (FPP) is a modern precision piecing technique done by sewing machine, where paper is used to create a “paint-by-number” effect into making a quilt block. Join instructor Nicole to learn the basics of this technique!

Intro to Garment Construction Wovens Level 2 builds upon the foundational skills learned in Wovens Level 1 while creating two NEW projects! Join instructor Anna for this "level up" class! This course will expect that participants will be comfortable with their machine, have basic pattern-reading knowledge, and have some apparel construction and cutting. Students must purchase the PDF print patterns available online. ECQco can print off your pattern after purchase for a minimal printing fee!

Students are invited to play with pick-up weaving techniques that are suitable for both rigid heddle & shaft looms! In this 4-session series, join instructor Jess McDonald as you learn how to create stunning lace structures on a 16inch rigid heddle loom! This quilt has been created and recreated by countless quilters over the years and is one of the top 10 most famous patchwork quilts in the world. This EPP workshop meets once a month for 8 months.
