Class 2: Pincushion with Thread Catcher

Class 4: Straight stitching & pressing while making a Patchwork Pillow

Class 5: Make straps while constructing a Crossbody Bag

The course is offered for ages 7 through 13 and is limited to 4 participants. Please note that 15 minutes is scheduled at the start and finish of each class for settling in (hanging up coats, chatting, checking out the shop, visiting with Maggie the staff dog) and workspace prep/clean-up!

If the participant has a sewing machine please bring it to become familiar with it; otherwise, sewing machines are supplied for the duration of the workshop. 

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cannot attend a workshop (either one-day, or a multi-day series) and it is 14 or more days before the start date, you will receive a store credit for 75% of the value of the workshop. If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of the workshop, you will NOT receive a refund or store credit. No credit or refund will be given for a "no-show" in the workshop regardless of the reason. So please ensure that you can attend before signing up.  EAST COAST QUILT Co reserves the right to cancel workshops/events for any reason. If this happens, you will be refunded your full workshop fee.

WHAT IS IN A BASIC SEWING KIT:  
For most of our classes we ask you to bring a basic sewing kit which usually contains: a rotary cutter and/or scissors, small snipping scissors, straight pins, a pin cushion or collector, seam ripper, a spool of neutral 50 wt cotton thread, extra bobbins, notebook, pen/pencil, ruler(s), etc.
