Hand Embroidery Club

This is a hands-on club where participants will explore and learn new embroidery techniques given project prompts, and engage in show & tell with other members of the stitching community.

Each session is 3 hours long (6pm - 9pm) and will begin with a lesson on a specific embroidery stitch or technique. Students will then be given a project to explore each month. The first session will be an opportunity to get settled into stitching (setting up your hoop, needle types, thread choices etc.). Each session will follow up on the previous with a show and tell on the technique learned. This allows space for constructive and supportive critique and feedback!

This club is a great place to expand hand embroidery skills, ask for advice, get support and meet other members of the stitching community. Suitable for anyone who knows how to thread an embroidery needle!
