EPP Christmas Present Ornament

Join Instructor Jess McDonald for this one-day EPP Christmas Ornament Workshop! Perfect for complete beginners!

Jess will walk you through the basics of EPP including cutting out your templates, glue basting & whipstitching.  All fabric is supplied from ECQco' Scrap Management Program, meaning this is a great project to use up bits and pieces left over from previous projects! If you have fabric at home that you would like to use or share, bring it along. 

Once fabric & ribbon choices have been made, you will jump right into the project! You will leave with a finished 5in x 5in (approx) ornament ready to hang on the tree. 

Fabric, ribbon, and EPP cardboard templates are included in the registration fee. Students will need the following additional supplies:

• Hand Sewing Needles - milliners, applique, all-purpose, etc. 

• Fabric Glue Pen (Sewline or Bohin) OR Roxannes Basting Glue Stick

• Fabric Scissors or Rotary Cutter

• Sharp Snips

• Wonder clips or binder clips (2 -3 is enough!)

• Sewing Threads, 60wt to 100wt - something neutral to match colour choices

• Pen or Pencil

This class is suited for adults (age 15+)


All workshop participants are required to sign a waiver prior to the workshop starting. The entire waiver can be viewed at the bottom of our classes page. (East Coast Quilt Co. Workshop Waiver) The instructor will hand out a paper copy at the beginning of the class. 

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cannot attend a class and it is 7 or more days before class, you will receive a store credit for 75% of the value of the class with a 30-day expiry date. If you cancel less than 7 days before class, you will NOT receive a refund or store credit. No credit or refund will be given for a "no-show" in class regardless of the reason. So please ensure that you are able to attend before signing up. East Coast Quilt Co reserves the right to cancel classes/events for any reason. If this happens, you will be refunded your full class fee.
