Yuletide Tangle Applique Wall Hanging

Boo the black cat is back for Christmas, grumpy as ever in a bright, red, Santa hat & he’s managed to get himself tangled in a multicoloured set of lights! Join Rochelle for this playful one-day workshop where you will learn about raw edge, fused, and machine stitched appliqué. 

Finished size: approx. 17” square

MATERIALS & SUPPLIES

• Sewing machine (rent one of ours for $15!)
• Background & binding fabric - 5/8 yard
• Border fabric - 1/8 yard
• Cat (colour of your choice!) - fat quarter
• Cat mouth, eyes, and ears (colour of your choice) - 5 x 5-inch square each
• Backing - 5/8 yard
• Batting - 5/8 yard
• Topstitching threads - colours to match hat & cat

This class is suited for adults (age 15+)

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cannot attend a workshop (either one-day or a multi-day series) and it is 7 or more days before the start date, you will receive a store credit for 75% of the value of the workshop with a 30-day expiry date. If you cancel less than 7 days before the start of the workshop, you will NOT receive a refund or store credit. No credit or refund will be given for a "no-show" in the workshop regardless of the reason. So please ensure that you can attend before signing up.  EAST COAST QUILT Co reserves the right to cancel workshops/events for any reason. If this happens, you will be refunded your full workshop fee.

WHAT IS IN A BASIC SEWING KIT: 
For most of our workshops we ask you to bring a 'basic sewing kit' which usually contains: rotary cutter and/or scissors, small snipping scissors, straight pins & a pin cushion or collector, seam ripper, a spool of neutral 50 wt cotton thread, extra bobbins, notebook & pen/pencil, ruler(s), etc.).
