Foundational Blocks: Dissapearing 9 Patch & 4 Patch

Join instructor Rochelle for this morning session where you will learn about the famous Disappearing 9 patch and 4-patch and its variations!

You can make a block that has easy construction with BIG impact! All you need are 5 inch squares and you'll be set to make quilts that will impress your friends with how intricate they appear. 

SUPPLIES NEEDED:
- Assorted 5 inch squares (bring a few that have the same print)
- Ruler & rotary cutter
- Sewing machine
- Basic sewing kit (see below)

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cannot attend a workshop (either one-day, or a multi-day series) and it is 14 or more days before the start date, you will receive a store credit for 75% of the value of the workshop. If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of the workshop, you will NOT receive a refund or store credit. No credit or refund will be given for a "no-show" in the workshop regardless of the reason. So please ensure that you can attend before signing up.  EAST COAST QUILT Co reserves the right to cancel workshops/events for any reason. If this happens, you will be refunded your full workshop fee.

WHAT IS IN A BASIC SEWING KIT: 

For most of our workshops we ask you to bring a 'basic sewing kit' which usually contains: rotary cutter and/or scissors, small snipping scissors, straight pins & a pin cushion or collector, seam ripper, a spool of neutral 50 wt cotton thread, extra bobbins, notebook & pen/pencil, ruler(s), etc.).

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SEWING MACHINE IS IN GOOD WORKING ORDER, and that you know how to thread and wind a bobbin. Instructors may not be familiar with all makes and models and troubleshooting machines can hinder instructional time. RENTAL MACHINES ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
