Flannel Nightshirt

Create the perfect seasonal, loose-fitting, pullover top or nightshirt!

Participants will learn how to make flannelette nightshirts appropriate for both women and men. Sizing, adjusting patterns for size and length, the self-bound seam, and mock French seam will be demonstrated, as well as embellishments to enhance the nightshirt, such as the addition of cuffs, hems and pockets in coordinating fabrics.

A standard adult Simplicity nightshirt pattern is the basis of the nightshirt, and a tissue paper copy is included with registration. Pattern includes top, shirt & pants, but only the tops will be the focus of the workshop. 

All workshop participants are required to sign a waiver prior to the workshop. The entire waiver can be viewed at the bottom of our classes page. (East Coast Quilt Co. Workshop Waiver)

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cannot attend a workshop (either one-day, or a multi-day series) and it is 14 or more days before the start date, you will receive a store credit for 75% of the value of the workshop. If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of the workshop, you will NOT receive a refund or store credit. No credit or refund will be given for a "no-show" in the workshop regardless of the reason. So please ensure that you can attend before signing up.  EAST COAST QUILT Co reserves the right to cancel workshops/events for any reason. If this happens, you will be refunded your full workshop fee.

WHAT IS IN A BASIC SEWING KIT: 
For most of our workshops we ask you to bring a 'basic sewing kit' which usually contains: rotary cutter and/or scissors, small snipping scissors, straight pins & a pin cushion or collector, seam ripper, a spool of neutral 50 wt cotton thread, extra bobbins, notebook & pen/pencil, ruler(s), etc.).
