Learn to Sew with Knits: Make A Classic T-Shirt
Join instructor Kerri Ivany in this 1-day intensive apparel workshop using the PDF pattern "Union St. Tee" by Hey June Handmade! The Union St. Tee is a great wardrobe basic to have in your pattern stash. It comes with the option for a v-neck, scoop neck, or crew neck, and has four sleeve lengths included – short, elbow, 3/4, and long. There is an optional chest pocket and a separate front piece that has been adjusted for a full bust (FBA).
This pattern is easy enough for a confident beginner to complete, using either a sewing machine or a serger. Students must purchase their own copy of the pattern to protect copyrights. Please purchase the pattern here:

WORKSHOP SYLLABUS
The trend in apparel sewing is to download a PDF & piece together your pattern. In the first part of this workshop, Kerri takes you through the process of purchasing, downloading, printing & piecing your pattern.
The second part of the workshop consists of constructing the classic Union St. Tee!
Please bring your laptop (for pattern download) OR proof of PDF purchase and a serger or sewing machine. Machine rentals are available for $15 daily if you do not own your own! We can also print your pattern in-house for a fee.
