LORI DOODY - Large Advent Panel - Christmas in St. John's

Local St. John's artist, author and illustrator Lori Doody is well known for her witty, bright and quirky illustrations with a gentle sense of kindness and community. 

This advent panel features 24 actual houses, located in the historic downtown of St. John's.  Stitch the corresponding house panel to its image to create a colourful, charming advent calendar.  Or use the panel as a centre of a Christmas quilt.

The completed advent measures approximately 36 inches by 62 inches.  The pockets are generous enough for full sized chocolate bars, a pair of funky Friday Sock Co socks, a deck of cards, a box with locally made earrings, a small stuffed toy OR 24 mini bottles of wine!  Let your imagination go wild.

This exclusive design is hand drawn and hand coloured, then printed on 100% cotton. Lori's charming, whimsical drawings, featured in her many childrens' books, are replicated in these prints, resulting in a truly handcrafted finish.
