FOUR BOYS and a NL GIRL - Cross Stitch Kit - Tilting Stage
The image of a fishing stage in Newfoundland and Labrador is a quintessential sight of historic significance in a land devoted to sea harvest. The fishing platforms, stores and room (aka flakes and stages) of days gone by are becoming few and far between but can still be found in some small communities such as in Tilting on Fogo Island from where this design is inspired.
Locally designed by Patty Brake of FOUR BOYS and a NL GIRL.
This design is 7" X 5.5" large or 99 X 80 stitches large.
The kit includes:
Colour cross stitch chart, 14 count White Aida fabric, tapestry needle, DMC embroidery floss & floss card.
You will also require sharp embroidery scissors to complete this pattern.
Please note that the finished product shown was professionally mounted and framed.
